Lioness Enterprises LLC is committed to making quality, compassionate support services accessible to individuals and families throughout our community. We work with eligible participants through approved Wisconsin programs and also offer private-pay options. Service availability is based on program eligibility, authorization, and the services approved for each individual.
Wisconsin CLTS Waiver Program
Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS)
Lioness Enterprises LLC is a qualified provider for the Wisconsin Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program. CLTS provides Medicaid-funded home and community-based services to eligible children with disabilities and their families. Families currently participating in CLTS may contact us to discuss available services and determine whether Lioness Enterprises can meet the needs identified in their child’s service plan.
Wisconsin Family Care
Support for Eligible Adults & Older Adults
Family Care is a Wisconsin Medicaid long-term care program that helps eligible older adults and adults with disabilities receive services and supports within their homes and communities. Availability of Lioness Enterprises services through Family Care is based on program authorization and applicable provider arrangements.
IRIS
Include, Respect, I Self-Direct
IRIS is Wisconsin’s self-directed Medicaid long-term care program for eligible adults. IRIS participants have greater involvement in choosing and directing the services and supports included in their individualized plan. Contact Lioness Enterprises to discuss available services and whether we can provide the support authorized through your IRIS plan.
Private Pay
Individuals and families may also choose to pay privately for eligible Lioness Enterprises services. Contact us to discuss your needs, service availability, scheduling, and current rates.
